Setup
Will someone help me with the setup?
Yes. We help you personally with the setup. If you like, we also import your customers and prices for you.
Do I need prior knowledge or training?
No. craftflowOS is built so that you can use it without a manual. We help you personally with the setup, and after that the app is usually all you need.
Data & privacy
How do I import my customers and prices?
By importing from Excel, CSV or your previous software. If you like, we do it for you during setup.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export your data at any time. It is stored encrypted on servers in Germany, and data processing is GDPR compliant.
Where is my data stored?
craftflowOS runs on servers in Germany, and data processing is GDPR compliant. You can export your data at any time.
Phone assistant
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. You set up call forwarding, e.g. when the line is busy or you don't pick up. The AI assistant then takes over.
What does the AI phone assistant include?
The AI phone assistant comes with every plan, with free minutes, and a smaller allowance on Starter. If it gets busier, additional minutes are billed by the minute.
Invoices & GoBD
Are my invoices GoBD-compliant and e-invoicing ready?
Yes. Invoices are archived in an audit-proof way and can be generated as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD.
Account & cancelling
How does the trial work?
When you sign up, you can try every plan free for 30 days. There is no setup fee.
What happens after the 30 days?
You pick a plan and pay monthly or yearly. If you pick none, your access is paused and your data is kept until you decide.
How long do the plans run, and when can I cancel?
If you pay monthly, you can cancel monthly. If you pay yearly, the plan runs for 12 months and can be cancelled at the end of the term.
