Work from anywhere.

craftflowOS is a remote-only company. What counts is what you move, not where you sit. Trust is everything.

Why join us

Your work lands on the job site.

Trade businesses lose their evenings to paperwork. We are fixing that, and craftflowOS is early enough that you really help shape it.

What you build is used by real businesses every day: from the job site, with dirty hands and little time. You work directly with the founders and quickly see what your work achieves.

Working together

How we work

A small team, clear agreements and tools that take work off our hands.

  • Remote, but not anonymous

We work without an office. So that it does not become working side by side, we meet in person on a regular basis.

  • Small and direct

We are a small team of four co-founders. Distances are short, decisions are quick, and you see what your work achieves.

  • AI first

We build an AI operating system for tradespeople and use AI ourselves: for research, programming and writing.

  • Tools that hold up

The code lives on GitHub, tasks are on the ticket board, and we agree things by chat and video. All you need is a laptop and a good connection.

Principles

What matters to us

Six principles we build craftflowOS by.

  1. Think from the daily business

Every function starts with a real problem from the trades, such as the missed call on the roof or the quote at the kitchen table.

  2. Simple instead of complicated

A function is good when you can use it without a manual. Whoever can use WhatsApp should be able to use craftflowOS.

  3. At eye level

We are on first-name terms, explain without jargon and listen before we build.

  4. Close to the trades

We build with real businesses. Feedback from the job site counts for more than our gut feeling.

  5. Quality over speed

Rather one feature less that runs reliably than three you have to repair in the evening.

  6. Sharing knowledge

We write down what we learn, for the team and for tradespeople, for example in the blog and the glossary.

Trust is everything.

We work remotely, so nothing works here without trust. We trust you to do your job well, and you can trust us to be honest with you.

  1. Results over presence

What counts is what comes out in the end. When and where you work is up to you.

  2. Ownership

You make the calls in your area and stand behind them, without anyone looking over your shoulder.

  3. Open communication

We say what is going on, even when it is uncomfortable. Questions and criticism are always welcome.
