This is craftflowOS.
We are four co-founders building craftflowOS for trade businesses. We take the paperwork off your desk.
- Four co-founders, one goal: less office for you.
Less office, more craft.
You became a tradesman to build, repair and install. You never wanted the paperwork. Still, evenings go into quotes, calls go unanswered and invoices are written too late.
craftflowOS brings your whole business into one system: from the AI phone assistant through quotes and invoices to job scheduling. The office keeps running, and you stay on site.
We are the co-founders
Four people with one goal: taking the paperwork off your desk. Feel free to say hi.
Anton
Co-Founder
I know the trades from countless conversations with businesses. When you call, you reach us, not a waiting loop.
Nils
Co-Founder
Good tradespeople should not spend their evenings on paperwork. That is why craftflowOS exists.
Jan
Co-Founder
I want software on the job site to run as reliably as your best tool.
Tim
Co-Founder
What drives me is that AI simply runs along for you and is included in the price instead of being an expensive extra.
Why craftflowOS exists
In everyday business, time disappears in the same few places. That is exactly where we start.
Quotes at the kitchen table
Writing quotes in the evening although the day on site was long enough. With craftflowOS you take a photo, say one sentence, and the quote goes out from the site.
Calls that go unanswered
Whoever is on the roof cannot pick up. The AI phone assistant takes the request and proposes an appointment right away.
Invoices that come too late
The quote turns into an invoice with one tap. Payment reminders and dunning run on their own.
What we stand for
Four principles we build craftflowOS around.
Fair and clear
Clear prices without catches, no setup fee and no commission on the marketplace.
Voice instead of typing
Just say what you need. craftflowOS understands you even with dirty hands.
Your data is yours
Servers in Germany, GDPR compliant, and you can export your data at any time.
Honest
No small print: at launch you try it free for 30 days and can cancel monthly if you pay monthly.
